waai provides a WhatsApp AI agent platform that enables businesses to automate customer conversations via WhatsApp. The Service includes an AI-powered auto-responder, knowledge base management, logic flow builder, analytics, and integrations with third-party services.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service offers subscription plans with varying features and usage limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) send spam or unsolicited messages; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) violate any applicable law or regulation; (d) transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service; or (f) use automated means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of waai and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall waai, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
