Every paid package starts with a 30-day free trial — we only charge your card when the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before that. You can also start on the free Trial plan with no card at all and upgrade later.
You can upgrade at any time — upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of your billing cycle, and you can switch between monthly and yearly billing on the same plan. Downgrades to a lower-tier plan are not self-service; if you need a lower plan, contact us at info@waai.me and we will help.
If you'd rather not set things up yourself, add Onboarding Assistance for a one-time fee (S$99 on Starter, S$199 on Pro). A specialist configures your WhatsApp agent — building your Q&A knowledge base, Logic Flows, and AI setup — via assisted mode, typically within 30 days. It's entirely optional; you can always self-serve for free.
We'll notify you as you approach your limit. On Starter plans, messages beyond the limit are paused until the next billing cycle. Pro and Custom plans have unlimited messaging.
